Account Verification After Login In WinSpirit
WinSpirit triggers verification when account activity or payment rules require proof of identity. You can usually browse and play after logging in, but withdrawals and some account changes are blocked until checks are completed.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. It is also requested when you change personal details (name, date of birth), update your withdrawal method, or when deposit/withdrawal patterns flag a compliance review.
A verification request can appear after login as an in-account notification, an email task list, or a temporary restriction on cash-out. The account stays usable for gameplay, but payment processing pauses until the documents match the profile data.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence; the document must be valid and show full name and date of birth.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; it must show your full name and current address.
- Payment method: Proof that the withdrawal method belongs to you, such as a bank statement showing the account holder and IBAN, or a card image with the middle digits covered.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslip, tax return, or bank statements showing income and relevant transactions; this is requested for higher-value withdrawals or enhanced checks.
WinSpirit rejects files that are cropped, blurred, expired, or don’t match the profile details. The current state: verification is mainly tied to withdrawals and account changes, and the document set depends on the payment method and the size of the checks.
